- Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and dispatched.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order Number.
- If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we deal with edible oil and food products, refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product is leaking or the seal is broken upon delivery.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order Number, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information if required.
If the claim is approved:
- A replacement product will be sent, or
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:
- The product has been opened, used, or consumed.
- The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- The damage is caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
- The customer provides an incorrect shipping address or refuses delivery.
